There are so many reasons why you would want to join EPAN. Here are just a few:

Support the cause: By becoming a member, you can show your support for the mission of promoting equality and representation for the LGBTQIA community in the aviation industry.

Networking opportunities: EPAN provides opportunities for members to connect with others in the aviation industry who share their values and passions.

Stay informed: As a member, you will have access to resources and information about the latest developments and initiatives related to LGBTQIA+ issues in aviation.

Make a difference: By joining EPAN, you can play a role in creating positive change and advancing the rights of the LGBTQIA+ community in the aviation industry.

EPAN is the international partner of the NGPA. They are, however, two separate organisations. You can show your support for both! In general, anyone residing or working in Europe would typically become a member of EPAN, they are free, of course, to support both organisations.

There are various shared benefits between the organisations.

We are happy to offer students, as well as flight school students a discounted rate. Upon completion of sign-up, you will be requested to submit your proof of eligibility for review.  

While the main target of our community is those living or working in Europe and our member resources and benefits are associated accordingly, anyone is welcome to join EPAN. 

Of course! Any person can become a member – we need allies more than ever!

Our lovely CREW and STAFF tags are our way of saying THANKS to new members joining EPAN – you will receive one upon becoming a member. You can additionally pick up extra tags in our shop.
