General Assembly 2024
Dear Members,
We are pleased to invite you to the upcoming General Assembly of the European Pride in Aviation Network (EPAN) e.V. This assembly is a vital opportunity for all members to actively participate in our esteemed organization’s decision-making processes.
The General Assembly will be held on May 2nd, 2024 at 16:00 CET (1400Z)
Location: online, Google Meet (please check your email for the link, if you are a member and cannot find it, please send an email to the address below)
Agenda:
- Welcome and Opening
- Appointment of Meeting Chairperson and Minute-Taker
- Approval of the Agenda
- Presentation and Approval of the Annual Report
- Approval of the Budget for the Next Financial Year
- Election of Executive Board Members and Auditors: a. President b. Vice President (also press spokesperson) c. Directors (up to eight, including the treasurer)
- Resolutions on Amendments to the Statutes
- Election of Ombudsperson
- Any Other Business
Please note that only items included in the agenda can be discussed and voted upon during the General Assembly. Any additional items must be communicated to the Executive Board in writing at least one week before the assembly.
We encourage all members to participate actively in this crucial meeting. Your presence and input are invaluable to the continued success of EPAN.
